04. Camelot

They cancelled better series, I know, but being an arthurian legends fan the series cancellation was a big disappointment for me. The season was not amazingly good, maybe not even very good but it was good and the costumes/sceneries were amazing.
Also, I think it had a lot of potential for future seasons.

It was announced on June 30, 2011, that Camelot would not be returning for a second season and US network Starz had ruled out production for 2011. […]
Camelot only received a score of 58 on Metacritic. Several negative reviews included time magazine saying, “Even on the level of it’s-just-entertainment, Camelot is exceedingly silly,” [39] and the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette saying, “it’s a lot less graphic than Starz’s ultra-sexy, ultra-violent “Spartacus” franchise. Dramatically, “Camelot” also pales in comparison. It’s dull and talky and its first three episodes offer few surprises in storytelling.”
